At Loiter, we want you to be fully satisfied with your streetwear; if your fit isn't right, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All items must remain in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Print Your Label
Choose your preferred return method to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your inbox.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
